Today, we’re pleased to announce that the Microsoft Office and OneNote apps are now available for Amazon Fire tablets in the Amazon Appstore. Combined with the Outlook and OneDrive apps already available for Amazon Fire tablets, these apps extend your Microsoft 365 benefits across even more devices.

We’ve timed the release of these apps in support of Amazon’s new Fire HD 10 Productivity Bundle, also announced today. The bundle includes the new Amazon Fire HD 10 or Fire HD 10 Plus tablet, a detachable keyboard case, and a 12-month subscription to Microsoft 365 Personal, which includes premium Office apps, 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage, and more, which you can use on up to five compatible devices at the same time. The bundle is available for pre-sale in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, and Japan, starting today. Find more information about this news, including pricing, at Amazon’s website.

Office: Your go-to app for getting work done

The Microsoft Office app provides a simple, integrated experience that combines Word, Excel, and PowerPoint into a single app. It eliminates the need to download or switch between individual apps, saving time and storage space. Use Office on your Amazon Fire tablet to easily create and edit documents, sign documents with the touch of your finger, and take notes. You can also scan, convert, and edit to a PDF or take a photo and extract text into a document or table.

You can download the Office mobile app in the Amazon Appstore in all countries where Amazon Fire tablets are sold by Amazon. Sign in with a free Microsoft Account to save your files in OneDrive, allowing you to access them across your devices and the web. You also can unlock the full Microsoft Office experience with a qualifying Microsoft 365 subscription. The Office mobile app is already available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

    OneNote: Your digital notebook

OneNote provides a powerful way for you to capture ideas, organize and share thoughts, and sync notes across all your devices. You can type, draw, and clip things from the web or capture images and files straight into OneNote’s flexible canvas. Organize your notes into sections and pages to separate your thoughts by theme and search for them quickly and effortlessly.

You can download the OneNote mobile app in the Amazon Appstore in all countries where Amazon Fire tablets are sold by Amazon. OneNote is free to use with a free Microsoft account. The OneNote mobile app is already available in Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Microsoft 365 Personal: Make the most of your apps

Microsoft 365 personal provides one convenient subscription that includes premium Office apps, 1 TB of cloud storage, and advanced security for all your devices. With Microsoft 365 Personal, you can access smart assistance features, plus hundreds of premium templates, photos, icons, and fonts in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; save and share files and photos across devices with OneDrive; experience advanced security protection in OneDrive and Outlook; use the subscription on up to five devices at the same time; and contact support via chat or phone at no extra cost throughout your subscription.

We hope you like using the newest Microsoft 365 productivity apps on your Amazon Fire tablets.
