    Hi folks
Actually on Samsung Phones the built in app is pretty good and the GUI seems almost identical to Outlook- Set the mail protocol to IMAP then there's no prob with having email available on all your devices.

I don't know about other android devices, phones or iPhones. However if you have a Samsung phone I wouldn't bother with this version until you've tried the Samsung one. Unlike that horrendous Bixby app the email one is surprisingly OK.

I'm not sure I'd want any of a work organisation adding anything to email on my phone - especially when these sorts of service might be managed from remote locations with people whose command of English shall we say is somewhat suspect so you could get all sorts of blocking etc because the people maintaining the service have mis-understood some English.

I've no problem with organisations who allocate you an email address and add --external --to the address - that often happens in organisations where you are working as an external free lance consultant so long as the changes are done on their own servers -- but any thought of these people being able to write data directly to your phone -- no thanks !!!

    Cheers

I find Outlook to be a convoluted mess on any device!

I use Gmail on my Phone.

I use AquaMail Pro on my Tablet.

    Mailbird on PC.
