    make and model number > Google this to find the size of the drive.

    Sorry. Corrected my entry.

    No need to look anything up. Disk Management will tell you the size. That's all you need to know.

    Hold Windows key then press X.

    Just plug them in. Look at My PC, where all your drives are. Tells you there how big, and how much free space, etc.

    Ya two of them were too small, and one required a disk idk why. I'll try to buy one soon. I need 8 gb right? Just making sure

    For a bootable thumb, correct....8GB. Or to back up your Steam games and stuff, like Ken said.

    If you can afford it buy a bigger one. That way you can back things up on it, too.

    Just got a 16 GB USB Drive yesterday, backing up stuff now.

    Can you resend the link to reset my computer; I can't find it.
