48 is better, as I had to make changes so 99 sounded the same.
When comparing drivers, I use the same settings.

The difference is subtle and hard to describe in text instead of with the mouth.

I'l try:
For a good drop bass, it goes Boom!(a good solid "B")
But this driver at the same setting, it goes Poom(a soft "P").

So a slightly weak punch.

Same with the kick drums.

Everything else is about the same as 48 though.

I had to go back to 48, as 99 was getting an occasional short buzz while streaming anything on YouTube

Okay, it's been 3 hours and no buzzing at all, so the cause was the driver
At least I don't need to troubleshoot changes I've made to my BIOS in the last couple of days(I've been slowly lowering my 5 GHz OC's Vcore using offset(now only 1.200V), and thought that might be the problem)
