Hmmm. My audio is dead after installing 18890.
Since some folks are liking 8694, I might install that to see if it comes back....but I really like 8688.

Damn my soundbars subwoofer specs:
And I can actually hear bass as low as 07Hz(Yes seven hertz) though.(more feel than hear, but these old artillery ears still catch it

Went back to 8648 , from 8694....!
Did some severe testing ........found 8648 still best !!

I have watching this thread like half of year. First I thank all forum members who have giving their knowledge and shared their own info about Realtek drivers.
I have myself version 8688. Before that I had 8648. I have AORUS Z370 Gaming 7 comes with sound-chip ALC1220. I think after I tried 8688 I think I go back 8648 to test one more time.
