I have a bug with windows default sound system tray icon appearing with a red cross (Audio Service is not running) but it's a false one. My sound is fine. This happens on windows startup sometimes. And if I restart windows explorer its getting fixed. It's very annoying. I had this happening with my laptop for ages. Now it is happening on my PC as well. I think its related to Realtek audio drivers. I have tried multiple versions though. Anyone can suggest a fix for that?
My Realtek drivers:
The Hardware ID of the Audio device is: HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0892&SUBSYS_104385B6&REV_1003
The Audio CODEC is : ALC0892
The Audio device is controlled by Realtek Audio driver version 6.0.1.8186 with no integration (Generic)
The legacy HDA driver needed for this Audio device is FF00
I will revert to my PC manufacturer suggested ones for the 100th time... (without getting my problem fixed):

Windows 10 install: Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - MEDIA - 5/31/2016 12:00:00 AM - 6.0.1.7836 which are these:

I reverted back to the windows update ones at the moment.
It's a known glitch which I'm trying to figure out for ages. It seems like a services startup problem. Realtek messes with windows startup services timers or something. Any ideas?
