How come the latest 6.0.1.8581 version doesn't support my hardware-id like previous versions?
I can't find the following entry in any of the contained files:
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0892&SUBSYS_1458A182

Good question, for a 164.9MB file.
Mine, HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0282&SUBSYS_103C80C1, is not supported either.

Finally we managed to install a good non-cracking UAD driver including realtek manager
Yesterday there was suddenly no sound at all and I saw that windows update had another driver installed.
I put it back again but how do I disable this that windows update does not update this driver?
(have now temporarily turned off windows update completely)

I finally got it to work by downloading the 8.9MB file in the MS catalog, extracting it and updating with Device Manager

Hey there, another noob with a headache here, I just literally spent half a day trying to figure out how to split the audio signal between back and front-panel in order to be able to switch between speakers and headset. I recently upgraded my system and the Realtek Audio Manager seems to be a thing of the past unfortunately.
Instead I am stuck with this pseudo stylish Audio Console from MSI (UI version 1.2.143.0, running on the .8549 driver) seemingly stripped of all the useful features the old Manager came with.
(sorry for the UI being in german)
Does anybody know how to make the Windows sound panel show two devices again (for speakers AND headset) instead of just a single one to chose from?
