I guess you have to get rid of the ICESound registry entries in Registry Editor (Run regedit.exe with full administrative privileges). Locate the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\ICESoundService
Delete this key and reboot.
Also Realtek HDA driver may be installed thru HDXRT4.INF file, which could be listed in RAPR. That INF file mentions the ICESound files but not HDXRT.INF.
That is why I decided to switch to UAD drivers for good on a friend's ASUS board, which don't install the ICEPower files & ICESound registry entries. they're only required for certain ASUS laptops that do really support it.

So do you get the Error Code: 0x803FB005while you are installing the driver or when you try to use audio ?
Looking at Google results for that error it seems common from the MS Store.
