cmi8768 sound card drivers windows 10

The old driver I used from the manufacturer website was also labeled 8768-2.05(CR)WIN8 but the the control panel icon (couldn't open) was different.

thank you for the files, but I ve tried all driver win7, win8 and win10 for this product and it all prevents my computer from booting after installing. I have to disabled the driver in safe boot mode. Anybody got the same problem?

Run Aida64 or similar utility and go to devices section. Make sure you have the same C-Media audio card. You probably have a different model and you need other drivers.

As long as it's the right model it will work. I tried two different driver versions on Windows 10 without an issue

A weird thing that happens is a pop sound every time I boot.

That's why I recommend using a utility to confirm is the right model. I bet it is another model, hence the issues.

@hakiara I split the driver to 4 parts so i can upload here in the windows10 forum platform.
1)Download the 4 parts.
2)With the winrar extract them (open 8768-2.05(CR)WIN8-win10.part01 file and select a folder to extract the driver and the other parts will be extracted automatically there).
3) Go in the extracted folder and run setup.
