    Thank you, @fishingfool, @tecknot and @Malneb.

    I haven’t found a proper fix but I have found a suitable workaround, thanks to @Malneb for that one.

    I have created a script for both pnputil /disable-device and pnputil /enable-device. When I restart or shutdown the machine, it runs the disable command. When the machine starts it runs the enable command.

    Works just fine. Keeps the surround sound settings too.
