I was installing Viper4Windows on my PC running Windows 10 Pro. I couldn't get the program to run so after doing a little digging it seemed a patch was needed which I did. I received an error code but was directed to reboot. Now my computer will not boot up, it just hangs and the screen never even turns on. Is there any way to fix this? Did I just brick my computer?

You can try using a System Restore point (hopefully you have one or more) created before this happened.
Boot your PC from a Win 10 install disk via 'Repair your computer' to Advanced Startup Options and hence to System Restore.
(Tutorials available in the searchable Tutorials section).
You will need to know your password.
Otherwise, you can restore a recently created 3rd party disk image.
The routine use of disk imaging is endlessly recommended here, and means you can restore your O/S and imaged partitions to a previous good state - and recover from your own mistakes, problems, ransomware, failed disks...
If you end up having to clean install you will regret not having started to use disk imaging, and that will be an unfortunate and painful lesson.
