Bluetooth Earbuds not working

    Bluetooth Earbuds not working


    An Older Toshiba Satellite L50-B
    Windows 10 Pro
    Beats Studio Buds

    The Bluetooth USB installed the driver for Adaptor Bluetooth 5.0 by Insignia
    I got the buds to pair OK
    Sound still comes from speaker
    Ear phones work OK

    Looks like all services for bluetooth are running
    I do not get any errors
    Sound - Conexant SmartAudio HD

    What to do?

    Look at what shows for audio output options in volume and do the devices show in Bluetooth or device manager when paired?

    I don't see your Beats Studio Buds being paired. If they were paired and connected you should see something like this:

    I had assumed that HM06 was the Beats, but I was wrong. Your pointing that out made me go to the Beats website & I found the correct way to pair the buds. It worked. Thanks for pointing that out.

    BTW, do you know what the HM08-A11 is. A google search showed it might be a Smartwatch.
