Sound Not Working After Windows Update

Dell xps 15 9520 with windows 11 pro. Few days ago had a windows restart message at bottom right and then I restarted it. I notice that it was another Dell Firmware Update when I clicked on the details before restarting it. Now after restarting it, I notice my 2 external monitors... my main 32' 4k monitor didn't work and showed display 2 isn't active but the other monitor was fine. I had this same issue not long ago where I went to intel site and downloaded the iris xe graphics/arc driver and that made the monitors work.

Now just recently when I was playing youtube video, the sound suddenly cut off after a short while the video continued to play. I then closed chrome windows and reopen again. Then go to youtube to play a youtube video. The sound either doesn't work or the sound works for just a short while and then the sound goes off.

I went to device manager and to

Sound, video and game controllers and notice there is a yellow exclamation mark on the 2nd HD Audio Driver for Display Audio. It looks like this below

    Sound, video and game controllers

HD Audio Driver for Display Audio
HD Audio Driver for Display Audio - Has Yellow Exclamation Mark Next To It
HD Audio Driver for Display Audio
Intel Smart Sound Technology for Bluetooth Audio
Intel Smart Sound Technology for USB Audio
Nvidia Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM)
    Realtek ® Audio
    Realtek ® Audio

Is this a driver issue which is why there is this sound issue? I went to open youtube again and play a video after waiting a bit. The audio would play for a bit over 10 seconds... then suddenly audio goes off.

Also, the sound I use is with my dell xps laptop speakers. It is the Speakers(Realtek(R) Audio).

So what are my options now?

Right click on the exclamation mark and update driver? Disable driver? But can I enable it afterwards?

Do I go to dell site and put in my service tag and then download the driver for it? However, what driver is this called?

The only ones that are critical showing on dell site are

Nvidia Geforce RTX 30/50/3050 ti graphics driver April 2023
Intel Integreated Sensor Solution Driver December 2022
Realtek USB GBE Ehternet Controller Driver October 2022

But it's certainly not these right? It has to be a sound driver so what is it? Also wouldn't it have to be a recent driver as well?

When I right click it, it shows

    General

HD Audio Driver for Display Audio
Device Type: Sound, video and game controllers
    Manufacturer: Intel Corporation
    Location: Audio Bus Driver

    Device status

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

There is also information for driver, details and events.

It's called DISPLAY audio --- it's part of your graphics card driver.

Your laptop may have Intel integrated GPU and nvidia discrete GPU. Which means that you have 2 separate graphics card driver. Which means that you have 2 "display" audio devices.

Your problem may be due to you not installing your graphics card driver updates. Your problem may be due to you installing intel graphics card update from intel's website instead of dell's website.

Yea I did install the intel graphics card update from intel website and not dell site. I did that last time... so that is what I did again this time.

So what am I suppose to do now then? Also the nvidia graphics card... i haven't updated that ever I don't believe. So would i need to update that from dell site? But this isn't related to the sound issue since it's related to the intel integrated gpu right?

Okay so I just thought about it. After downloading the intel xe driver from intel website... youtube still played audio without an issue because I recall playing audio for over an hour and it worked. Then after a while, I suddenly had this sound issue. So does this mean it isn't the driver downloaded from intel then?

The youtube audio did work for several hours at least before this happened. I am not sure when the yellow exclamation mark showed up there... as I only saw that when I had audio issues and then check device manager. But what is this HD Audio Driver for Display Audio related to? How do I fix this as this is the issue to the sound 100% right?
