    MP4 Volume Question


    I have a MP4 video & want to know if there is free software that can help me increase the volume of a person speaking w/o increasing the background noise?

    You could try an equaliser such as Fxsound.

    Another more general one is PC Equaliser - a two part installation for a simpler GUI.
