Use the Add a device menu and keep clicking the options to add one.. with your device available- and any others you may have. Do any show up?

    I showed one on mine..

    witch you can't understand much
What is it that I don't understand? Could you help me?

I assume you mean that when you try adding a device, no device is listed as being available to add. Is that correct?

And when you do this: (Add a Bluetooth device) - with your device on and near the PC -
    Unable to add bluetooth headset-1.jpg

    Unable to add bluetooth headset-2.jpg

    - nothing shows up.

Do you have the option of trying the bluetooth dongle on another PC?

    Has it ever got resolved?

See my little problem logged here:

Suddenly lost ability to connect & stream to audio devices via BT

(with no resolution as of yet)
