Problem With Realtek Hd Audio Manager/driver On Gigabyte B560

I need some help with Realtek Audio on my Gigabyte B560 HD3.
Without adding any Gigabyte or RealTek drivers I do have working audio, but do not have the Realtek Audio Manager.
When I install the driver from the Gigabyte site I get a reboot loop.
    Phase one runs, requests restart.
On restart Phase one runs again.
If I try to install the manager I get "no driver supported in this driver package".
I have uninstalled devices and drivers many times, all to no avail.
Have raised issue with Gigabyte support -------------- who knows when I will get answer.

You will not get it to work that way, the reason being that the audio manager was removed from the reltek driver for windows 10
The only way you are likely to get it work is from here

    Thank you.
One has to wonder why this info is not available on Gigabyte support sites and forums.

Just discovered that the Realtek Apps and Driver are available in the NZ Microsoft Store but at a price.

do not know - perhaps unbelievable as it sounds, no one posting on those forums found it.
I do not think you will find it on a store search - I could not. I got it from a Microsoft forum post

We purposely not link the Microsoft Store app is because:

    1) Realtek Audio Console is only available to the new DCH/UAD drivers and will be automatically installed by Microsoft Store when you installed the Realtek DCH/UAD drivers correctly (must use the setup.exe installer).
    2) it is considered to be a "private" app that is not searchable in the Microsoft Store
    3) when you search the Microsoft Store and finds "Realtek app and drivers" --- they are from scammers.

This is the real app --- which is free and only available if you installed the DCH/UAD driver correctly. The publisher is Realtek themselves.

This is a scammer paid app which shows up when you search the Microsoft Store. The publisher is "Audio Apps".

The one Iinked to is also published by
    Published by
    Realtek Semiconductor Corp

That said, I was not aware of the details regarding the automatic store install with the Realtek DCH/UAD drivers.

IF my link has not worked as expected although I see you have marked your thread solved-
    You MAY find this useful
Determine the DCH (UAD) Realtek driver needed for your Audio

as mentioned above I am convinced my link to the Store is to the genuine Realtek app

None of this explains why the drivers I downloaded from the Gigabyte site gave problems.

The Driver and Apps in the NZ Microsoft Store are indeed from Audio Apps or Audio Solutions.

I had a look at the link you posted. I may give that a try at some point.
For the moment I'm quite happy that what I have is working.

This may or may not have anything to do with your problem, but here goes.

I ran into a similar issue as you a while back while trying to update the Realtek drivers on my machine.
I discovered that when the update process rebooted my machine, my pc was installing the drivers from
windows update before the installation of the new Realtek drivers that I was trying to install could begin.
This caused the Realtek install process to start over, in order to remove the currently installed drivers.
The solution for me was to make sure I was not connected to the internet while I was updating them.

    peace
    wanna
