Audio Jacks Not Working, Realtek Audio Not Recognized
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H OS: Windows 10 21H2(19044.1415)
Recently I noticed that none of the audio jacks on my PC work, both the ones in front and the ones in the back of the motherboard. I also noticed that the Realtek Audio Console doesn't work and nothing related to Realtek shows up in the Sound settings in the Control Panel as well as in Device Manager. I've tried reinstalling different Realtek drivers, as well as making sure that "HD Audio Controller" is enabled in the motherboard's UEFI. I also tried using the audio troubleshooter, but it asks you what device is causing issues, and the only devices that show up is my monitor, my webcam's microphone, and the USB sound card I've been using. I'm not sure exactly when this issue started, since all this time I was using a USB sound card and I've only tried using the 3.5mm audio jacks yesterday. Any help would be appreciated.
