There are some download links here but I'm not sure if the versions are correct. I have these:

Quinto Black CT v3.6 is out with new features, now comes with an installer

Great and thank a lot. :)

    Hello,

    Late response on this.

Is there not a high pass filter cut off setting in the control panel and sound options? Has this been taken away?

I tried Exqualizer APO, but it didn't do anything. There was no option for bass and I turned the gain all the way up, but nothing changed.
That's because you need Peace to kill the bass.

Ive never ever heard of a Treble Head, even though there must be folk out there which prefer the old treble, not me.

    0db all the way

This is what i would do, and a good chance it may fix it.

Firstly i would remove all the audio drivers and output devices plus old outputs.

Then, try not to let Windows automatically update the drivers, by going to 'System', then Advanced and the Device Installation tab at the top of that Window. Select to not automatically update device icons. Just make sure you have un-installed the updated Realtek Audio drivers, before you reboot.

Ok, do a reboot. Now you should see the default Microsoft UAA Hi definition older driver from around 2006 which should have the enhancements option to reduce the High pass filter low frequency cut off. There is no benefit to installing newer Realtek audio drivers as ive noticed things have been removed, options removed like.
So now, go back to the Control Panel, then the sound options and see if the Enhancement tab has appeared.

Try that anyways bud, and good luck

I spend more time now uninstalling drivers and crap that Windows has done by itself. Bring back Windows 2000
