I solved the other problem of it not playing youtube when in any mode but stereo by selecting the option in the BIOS for direct graphics over HDMI

I have the laptop connected to my LG CX through usb c/ hdmi which sends the signal over Earc to the receiver, its the exact same wiring config as my Xbox, i also tried having it go directly into the receiver and the issues remain

In the windows control panel after selecting LG TV SSCR2 as the speaker, when i change it to 5.1 and do the test, it will all be misconfigured for example the left main speaker playing the sub noise, the left satellite noise and of course the left main noise, the right main speaker plays the same way except for the sub noise it plays the center channel

When i change it to dolby atmos, the mains play appropriately but the left satellite plays the sub noise and the right plays the center channel

I do have the dolby access app and when i play clips through that my receiver does say dolby atmos even if the windows control panel is set to stereo, i have some demos that i DLed and when i play them through the movies & tv app some play fine and show atmos while others make a crackling scratching noise or no noise

When i do have it set to 5.1 and play RE2 Remake which supports atmos, i am getting voice from the surrounds even though its clearly not supposed, it doesnt matter if i set it to 5.1 or atmos in game, stereo mode works fine in the game same as youtube

I did remove the dell realtek drivers to use the windows defaults and tried different things but i could not get it to work properly, currently the driver is 27.20.100.9664

WU does not find anything and im on the latest build
