How can I move the top left volume indicator ?

That looks like the volume indicator/control that an F function key invokes (depends on your keyboard settings). On one of my laptops it's Shft+F10 (it's an Shft+F10 on/off process).

My new Notebook has F1 Mute, F2 Decrease and F3 Increase controls, only last show onscreen about 2 clock ticks, even have an X for mute or not. It wouldn't be a problem to avoid covering the arrows in the browser, I don't run it Maximized anyway so I can resize as desired.
