No audio device installed, old laptop upgrade to win10

Unfortunately it doesn't work. I used Driver backup! , backed up and restored drivers but nothingchanged . I have to add that devices visible in device manager in win 7 are not present in win 10. I'm starting to loose my hope

For people who experience something similar here is a solution: You need to go to your BIOS menu (in my case on Asus its pressing F2 and select yes next to "Play POST Sound" . Below is a screenshot"


And thats it :) after you turn on computer sound works just fine. Please if you can make this post visible for others that may encounter same problem.

Key issue was:
No soundcard detected
No sound device
Code 10 error
Realtek HD Audio missing

If you still have Windows 7 on your hard drive just clone it to your SSD again. Then just stop and be happy with Windows 7. At least your computer will boot faster with an SSD.
