Stereo Bluetooth Headphones do not reproduce stereo sound

    Hi,
I recently bought a P47 Wireless headphones and they are supposed to be stereo, but they are combining both channels and reproducing only mono sound. I have been searching on the internet a lot and I am not able to find any solution to this problem. I already tried to open audio settings in Windows 10, and also verified that going to accessibility settings on my phone, the mono sound option is not enabled, and everything is stereo so this is not solving the problem. Definitely this cannot be a problem with the phone or the PC, but with the headphones because when I try to use speakers or other kinds of headphones they work perfectly in stereo. Is there any possible solution to fix this? I am pretty sure that there must be any setup problem or something like this that is causing this, but maybe they are just defective...

Do the headphones come with cable so you can use them wired? If so try using them with this to see if the problem remains. If it does then the headphones are faulty.
Check to see if Balance is set correctly: Control Panel>Sounds>Sounds control panel>Related settings>Right click on the headphones & choose properties, the levels & then balance, ensure this is set in the middle.

Bluetooth 4.x headsets (headphones with microphone) have two modes:
    1. Stereo headset speakers with NO microphone
    2. Mono headset speakers with microphone

I see in the listing for your headphones it shows a microphone. Make sure your the audio is configured correctly so that you have stereo headphone speakers.

With your headphones connected with Bluetooth

Left-click on little speaker (bottom right on desktop)

You should see current speaker for computer
In this example headphones in stereo is selected

If you click on Headphones you will bring up all options

If you want Stereo Headphones but NO microphone

    Select Playback tab
Make sure Headphones is the current playback device

    Select Recording tab
Make sure Microphone array (or similar) is the current recording device

The problem is with the headphones. Exactly the same as you describe. Tried it on my Windows 10 PC, but also on my Android phone. For the small cost, it is no problem for me, but a challenge if I can resolve it. The speaker wires on the circuit board inside the phones are connected to what is labelled as + Right, - Right, + Left and - Left, so it does suggest stereo. I can't help thinking there must be some button combination, or some way to access the circuit through a computer.
