You can download a ZIP version or the EXE version of the driver.
When the driver installation is complete, you will need to set your audio settings again in the Realtek HD Audio Manager in the Control Panel (Classic View).
Some OEM computers will have a custom version of the Realtek HD Audio Manager with the OEM manufacturer's name included instead. For example it may be named "Acer [Realtek] HD Audio Manager" instead for the OEM Acer.

The first link is for the UAD driver. The second is for Realtek components. In my case, these components are needed because they come stock on my Alienware system. These components consist of the ⁬Realtek Audio Effects Component, Realtek Audio Universal Service, Realtek Hardware Support Application, etc. Seems they are all linked to my Alienware Command Center. For others they may have other functions.

Anyhow, if you don't have the components on your system, don't worry, you won't need them. Just download the UAD driver and then update as you usually would via Device Manager. I simply provided the components link for those who might require them.

A small correction, if you allow me.
You do need the software components and all systems with DCH (UAD) drivers have them installed, as they are part of the normal functioning of the Audio subsystem.
What you probably mean is that your don't have to update them every time you update the base driver. It's recommended to update them, but it's not mandatory.

ddelo is correct about the Components, I just wasn't sure when I looked at your MUC link which Components package I needed as the two seem identical, at least at 1st glance.

To me MUC is a totally confusing way to updated Drivers , I'd hate to think what's it's like for Total Noobs..... but since I don't allow M$ to update Drivers
via WinUpdate, ( too many issues in the past ) it's that , or finding Repacked Drivers from Mokichu or Pal1000 etc. elsewhere.

Yeah, agreed on that. That plus Cliff's advice on what sounds good and what doesn't....
