unfortunately the 6.0.9590.1 MSI driver is no longer available from there as Contra has replaced it with a 6.0.9593.1 MSI version mentioned in Almighty1's post

@ ASUS ROG SS3 motherboards users : Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3) drivers package type & Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) drivers package type have been merged. So you have to use, from now, the Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS) drivers packages type.
Wonder if its usefull , to replace my latest HDA-driver for latest UAD , coz HDA seems to get no updates anymore..........?
Don't need updates. I find UAD annoying and "broken" because I refuse to allow third party apps to hijack the Effects Tab with their buggy, gimmicky, inferior crap. I would sooner disable the Realtek onboard in the BIOS and use some USB sound device or a discrete sound card, even a cheapo one. The only reason I still use my onboard is convenience, it behaves in Linux, and it sounds fine with the full-featured HDA drivers. I won't be using the UAD + Store console + Nahimic (or similar) scenario, ever. What an utter, convoluted mess.
your B550 Taichi board uses "UAD_WHQL_Nahimic" drivers and the latest one available is version 6.0.9549.1 from ASRock (even though that one is not specifically listed for your board but should work for the B550 board)

latest Microsoft certified or WHQL'ed generic HDA FFxx drivers are still 6.0.9239.1 FF00/FF01 & 6.0.9273.1 FF04.Realtek HDA FF00 6.0.9326.1 generic hdxrt.inf non-WHQL driver package (listed as "Realtek HD X-Fi") on DriverHub
-digitally signed by Realtek only & not co-signed by Microsoft, therefore non-WHQL; compatible only with x64 Windows Vista/7/8.x/10/11
6.0.9326.1 HDA FF00 hdxrt.inf driver isn't MS whql certified
for certain old Hewlett-Packard (HP) notebook PCs, latest non-generic HDA driver is 6.0.9556.1 HDA FF04 if HWID is listed in the hdxhpnb.inf file.
