Yup, those are ASUS only driver pack.
That is what MoKiChU focus's on the DIY market.

The microsoft update catalog is 5 weeks behind for the realtek all oem uhd, so it is not a big deal anyway 😉.

You can still get the universal parts from that download if newer versions, for ASRock, like I do (the Realtek Audio Effects Component, Realtek Audio Universal Service, and Realtek Hardware Support Application).
