Thanks for the insight, I had no idea the DTS drivers were on MUC. I went through the link you gave and had a few results so I tried them all and ended up with the below. It seems the DTS has 3 components to it and for whatever reason I had to download 3 cabs to actually get them all updated.
Windows Store App Name -> DTS:X Ultra 1.11.7.0
Software Components
DTX APO4x Service Component 1.6.9.0 (2/18/2021) -> 1.10.16.1 (8/25/2022)
- DTS - SoftwareComponent - 1.11.3.0 - Did not update
- DTS - AudioProcessingObject - 1.10.19.1 - Did not update
- DTS - SoftwareComponent - 1.10.16.1 - Did update
DTS Audio Effects Component 1.6.12.0 (2/10/2021) -> 1.10.19.1 (8/25/2022)
- DTS - SoftwareComponent - 1.11.3.0 - Did not update
- DTS - SoftwareComponent - 1.10.16.1 - Did not update
- DTS - AudioProcessingObject - 1.10.19.1 - Did update
- Moved to Audio Processing Objects (APOs)
DTS Audio Hardware Support Application 1.9.1.0 (9/11/2020) -> 1.11.3.0 (8/12/2022)

Note: sandy and you were right, I downloaded the wrong cab file for the Realtek Audio, I used your link and it updated to 6.0.9414.1
