v6.0.9228.1 from Lenovo web site - although it's a win11 driver, it should also work under recent win10 versions
download & run the exe package, choose Install to update the realtek & nahimic drivers and reboot

so MS recently posted 9337 & 9338 back-to-back on MUC

you go into Device Manager and update them one by one...
by pointing to a folder you extracted the files to...
I use both WinRAR and 7zip.
