Guys, what are software components for? Do they influence the actual sound if you're not using any sound enhancements?
Simply put, the software components make the sound enhancements possible for the UAD driver. The driver itself would probably work alone, but then there would be no equalizer, loudness control, etc.

You need to install your motherboard's 8597 UAD driver first --- using the installer exe.

Then run Microsoft Store --- it should pull the Realtek Audio Console app and Creative SoundBlaster app.
This was not possible for me. I tried to install the 8597, but then I had no audio at all, anymore.
So I then tried to execute the UAD Driver from pal1000. It worked, but I have now only version 6.0.8924.1

Furthermore, my Soundblaster is still not working. What can I do to get the newest version + a working Soundblaster X-Fi MB5?

You have to start with 8597 and then update to the newest oem driver.

Without the oem 8597, the soundblaster app won't get installed.

As mentioned, as I did install 8597, there was no audio at all anymore. Audio completely did not work. I could not play any music / spotify.
The soundblaster software can be downloaded seperately from Gigabyte motherboard website. I have it already installed.
But as I open it, it gives me the error, that it can't detect any audio device.

    So what can I do?

The SoundBlaster 1.0.19 software is for legacy drivers and doesn't work with DCH/UAD driver. You need to uninstall it first.

Your motherboard went from oem legacy driver (big hundreds of MB in size) to new oem DCH/UAD driver (tens of MB in size). You need to install the original oem DCH/UAD driver which is 8597. Then run Microsoft Store --- Microsoft Store will download the Realtek Audio Console and the new SoundBlaster app.

After all that, install 8945 oem driver. Then run Microsoft Store again to pull the updates of Realtek Audio Console and SoundBlaster app.

Should be a straightforward search on MUC...
    anyhow, here's a direct link:
    Realtek Audio Effects v11.0.6000.978
Thanks, I am saying that I forgot who provided a tutorial provided the link to use which seems to be able to find everything up to 11.0.6000.973 but not 11.0.6000.978 or even the 11.0.6000.980 at:

It was explained clearly in my tutorial.

Spend 5 minutes in the beginning to experiment with all the MUC search variations.

One week --- realtek 2021 media doesn't work, then try realtek 21h2 media...
A week later --- realtek 21h2 media doesn't work, then try realtek 2021 media...

The search result came back as "media", so use the search term media.
The search result came back with 21h2, then search 21h2.
The search result came back with realtek softwarecompoents, you click the left column and a brand new windows comes out and said realtek audio effects, then search realtek audio effects.

All the search terms are right there in the results --- it will be a combination of realtek 21h2 audio effects or realtek 2021 audio effects.

I don't read the tutorial each time I am looking for the updates as I keep those two tabs opened with whatever links was provided. So it's not spending 5 minutes as first I have to be able to find the tutorial or else I wouldn't have to keep two tabs, one for the driver and one for the realtek audio effects opened always. It might have been someone else and not you who provided the guide I am thinking about as that post basically had two links to always use, one to find drivers and one to find the the audio components. And I was correct, I was using the instructions from post #12 of this thread which worked until the last few weeks.

In post #12, KBird clearly explained that he got his instructions from MoKiChu.

You don't want to use the same search term every single week as explained in #9 in my tutorial.

    Quote from my tutorial:

"Be flexible, one week I may download the realtek audio effects cab file because it has the latest date out of the 3 software component cab files. 2 weeks later, I may download the realtek hardware support application cab file because it has the latest date out of the 3 software component cab files."

    Realtek Audio Effects Component 11.0.6000.990 --- Dec 18, 2021
    Realtek Audio Universal Service 1.0.0.460 --- Dec 19, 2021
    Realtek Hardware Support Application 11.0.6000.265 --- Dec 20, 2021

So if you search Realtek Audio Effects 2021, you will download a file with an outdated Universal Service Component (something like 1.0.0.459) and an outdated Realtek HSA (something like 11.0.6000.264).

If you search Realtek Universal 2021, you will download a file with an outdated Realtek HSA.

So for this particular week in early February 2022, the only way to download all 3 latest MUC software components is to search Realtek Hardware Support 2021.

Real life example, 1st file dated Sept 27, 2021 and 2nd file dated Sept 29, 2021:
