Well, the "latest" UAD (with all components) for ASRock is here: 9231
Tried to download nothing happening. I was able to update to 9231 and 11.0.6000.957 using Pal1000 unofficial drivers. Also updated Realtek Audio Console. Doesn't seem like much has changed. Still not able to separate front and rear speaker jacks.

    Thanks

Sorry to hear that... If the big "Download" link on that page didn't do anything for you, then it's probably the particular browser prohibiting it, as it should open a new tab and proceed to download (at which point the browser may warn about it too but it's perfectly safe of course).

As for the separate front and rear speaker jacks, do you mean this setting in the console app doesn't work for you? I don't use the feature, so just wondering. (When you turn that setting on, try rebooting to make sure Windows creates the separate "devices" maybe?)

That option was only available for recording devices within my Realtek console.

On a side note. I used pal1000 custom driver and it seemed to have corrected the issue. On reboot things got weird. So I uninstalled and reinstalled but saved the Dat file from the configuration that worked.

Now I have separate jacks with the new driver set and the console is working correctly!

This issue bugged me for a while.

Thanks for all the help and this forum.

Thanks but Windows - Client S, version 21H2 and later. Running OS Build 19042.1237, version 20H2. Will this driver work with my version?

Yes it will. Just update it as you usually would, via Device Manager.

Never thought I'd be back here again but here I am lol

Using either terminal result in this.
    PS C:\Windows\system32> Add-WindowsPackage -Online -PackagePath "C:\Users\Sharif-Desktop\Downloads\New folder\a.cab" WARNING: Failed to add package C:\Users\Sharif-Desktop\Downloads\New folder\a.cab WARNING: Add-WindowsPackage failed. Error code = 0x80070002Add-WindowsPackage : The system cannot find the file specified.At line:1 char:1+ Add-WindowsPackage -Online -PackagePath "C:\Users\Sharif-Desktop\Down ...+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ + CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: (:) [Add-WindowsPackage], COMException + FullyQualifiedErrorId : Microsoft.Dism.Commands.AddWindowsPackageCommand
I tried putting the file in the root directory in C, still get that error.
I renamed it after trying everything, it doesn't make a difference.

Using device manager result in you already have the best one installed dialogue.

For the life of me I can't figure out what's on the go

Here's a good how to install drivers from .cab files: How to install CAB file for updates and drivers on Windows 10 • Pureinfotech

I prefer to extract it then install the update via Device Manager.

Maybe check if your audio device HWID is listed in the corresponding .inf file for your motherboard. If it isn't, you get such message from device manager.
