HDA new version v6.0.9183.1 HDA FF00 generic x64 driver
    LINK
    not really new, canibal.

HP has the v6.0.9191.1 HDA FF00 generic X64 driver released around the end of the 2nd week of July 2021.
9183 FF00 is slightly older than 9191 HDA but 9183 HDA was released near the end of the last week of July 2021 from another vendor

I don't have Nahimic, so my suggestion might be way off, but could it be that version 3.3.3.0 refers to an Extension (Extensions are not a available in MUC, you get them only through Windows Update) and not the actual Software Component driver?
yup you are "way off" on that one, ddelo

the A-volute 3.3.3.0 driver is a SoftwareComponent (SWC) driver (not an "extension" driver) and as asturias7 said, that 3.3.3.0 version is only currently available thru WU and not yet posted on MUC. MS did make the older A-volute 3.3.1.0 SWC driver available only thru WU in early May 2021 and then finally posted that A-volute 3.3.1.0 driver on MUC in early June 2021

I recently learned of the UAD driver, so I uninstalled my HDA and used the download from Download Realtek UAD Driver - MajorGeeks

to install the UAD driver. However, since trying to update the UAD driver and software components by downloading the most recent files from MUC and force installing through device manager, I keep getting the message "The best drivers are already installed". This happens for both the main driver and the components. I tried the most recent version 6.0.9191.1 and 6.0.9175.1, but the same issue happened with both. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong please? Thanks :)Latest Realtek HD Audio Driver Version [3]-screenshot-2021-08-07-113821.pngLatest Realtek HD Audio Driver Version [3]-screenshot-2021-08-07-113844.pngLatest Realtek HD Audio Driver Version [3]-screenshot-2021-08-07-114102.png

First, downloading from that MajorGeeks link gives you the unofficial/modded Realtek UAD drivers from pal1000's github. If you downloaded it recently, then the version of codec is 6.0.9205.1. This codec and components in the package are newer than those you can currently get from MUC, so updating doesn't make sense.
Second, are you sure you switched to UAD, since your screenshot shows device "Realtek High Definition Audio" instead of "Realtek(R) Audio". This is usually the sign that UAD driver installation failed at some point.
Also, be careful with pal1000 drivers, they have some limitations and are using force install method, which can sometimes be problematic.

I haven't tested it but am pretty sure this is not the case.

No, for all Windows 10 versions. Read under "Products".

Thanks for the reply, I couldn't find any other way to install a UAD driver other than going through the link I stated. And yes, I think I installed the driver incorrently as I didn't follow the setup batch file all the way through. Could you point me in the direction to install the UAD driver? Thanks :)

I have never installed pal1000's UAD driver, it has quite complicated scripts in various formats so I look at it as a last resort. But there are members here that use this driver and it works for them. So I can only suggest carefully following the instructions coming with the driver. You may need to perform cleaning using RAPR (it's all described in the README file) before running the setup again.
Open audio device in device manager as you did in your first screenshot, but go to the "Details" tab and from the "Property" dropdown choose "Hardware Ids" then post it here.

Also, make sure that your board is UAD capable.

I'll post screenshots of the hardware IDs when I get back later today. Is there no other method to install UAD drivers so I can install those off MUC?

Here is the screenshot of the hardware ID's. The top entry finishes with "A002&REV_1003". I've gone back to HDA because I didn't feel confident installing UAD correctly. My board is quite old, GA-H81M-DS2V, which is why I thought using pal1000's generic UAD driver was better because it's meant to be for older systems.Latest Realtek HD Audio Driver Version [3]-screenshot-2021-08-08-142020.png

Normally, you go to your OEM/manufacturer web site and download (usually outdated) UAD package that contains extension inf file. That file is crucial and doesn't exist on MUC. But it's only used once to create software components and then you go to MUC for the latest version.

I just looked in the 9198 driver from MUC and unfortunately your board is not supported at all. However, pal1000 driver supports your board through partial HWID match.
But even if you could update from MUC, it makes no sense as pal1000 drivers are ~3 weeks ahead of MUC so you would be essentially downgrading your drivers.

Anyway, seems you are stuck with pal1000's releases.
