    You can try the 9191 HP HDA generic.

    Realtek Audio Console REQUIRES a Realtek HD (UAD) Driver!!

    Which is listed here on HP's website.

    @MoKiChU has posted 6.0.9200.1 WHQL for ASUS: [DRIVERS] Realtek Audio (MB | Intel 2xx/3xx/4xx/5xx & AMD 3xx/4xx/5xx)

    They sound really good.
    For those that don't have 9137, use these.(or if you want something newer, might be a good idea if you are switching to Windows 11. I bet even Realtek is working to make sure their CODEC chip drivers work well with the new OS).

    In any case 9200 is real good and I marked them with red, on my driver download spread sheet

    no ill effect so far..

    After updating the Realtek drivers I always use DriverStoreExplorer to cleanup the old versions.
