I don't have Nahimic, so my suggestion might be way off, but could it be that version 3.3.3.0 refers to an Extension (Extensions are not a available in MUC, you get them only through Windows Update) and not the actual Software Component driver?

In the picture below, you can see the audio components of my audio device.

Besides the base driver and the Software components, a DCH (UAD) driver also installs a few Extensions (marked in yellow), which serve as customization and/or integration layer of audio components.
Extensions are not available to download from MUC. They are only offered via Windows Update.



You can check the installed audio components in your system, by running the script in Option 1 of the post Determine the DCH (UAD) Realtek driver needed for your Audio

It's not listed as an extension in Rapr, but as a software component.



However, that is Rapr's interpretation of it.
