For those using MoKiChU's ASUS UAD drivers, he updated the Realtek Service SoftwareComponent Driver of the driver pack.
It's the same Realtek driver version, just that part was changed.

why do i need a "UAD_WHQL_Nahimic" driver instead of the generic UAD? what is the difference?
"UAD_WHQL_Nahimic" drivers are official drivers direct from the ASRock web site for certain motherboards (and you're using an ASRock B550m board, so therefore it's best to use the drivers from ASRock instead of the generic UAD drivers) ["WHQL" means fully digitally signed by Microsoft]. UAD_WHQL_Nahimic drivers bundle HDXAsrok.inf & HDXWHITE.inf files for the base codec driver and HDX_AsrokExt_AVO_RTK.inf & HDX_WhiteExt_AVO_RTK.inf Realtek device extension INF files (you just have to examine the contents of the "UAD_WHQL_Nahimic" driver zip package)
pal1000's "generic UAD" drivers are UNofficial (he made those themselves) for modern systems and for older legacy systems that are normally not supported by UAD/DCH drivers (those made before UAD/DCH based drivers came out in late 2017, early 2018) - those use different INF files than the ones found in the ASRock based UAD_WHQL_Nahimic drivers

do you know of an Asrock link i can check myself for future driver releases?
not really as ASRock releases newer drivers for newer motherboards only but may work for some older boards; it's just that the newer driver versions are "not listed" for older boards

if you still don't understand or need more help, ask other people here or ask/contact ASRock or post in the ASRock forum

yup. link to 9414 uad "all oem" 11.8Mb sized cab download from MS (released 11/18/2022)
for Clevo users > 9414 UAD Clevo cab download from MS - size 11.1Mb (released 11/06/2022)
for HP users > 9414 UAD HP cab download from MS - size 11.4Mb (released 11/12/2022)

9414 UAD all oem driver {11.8Mb cab size version} from MS works on my Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 R2 motherboard (maybe you downloaded the wrong package or something went wrong with the driver install/update)

edit - it appears your X570S AORUS PRO AX (rev. 1.1) board has DTS:X Ultra audio - need to also look for and obtain updated DTS SoftwareComponent drivers. audio settings might be controlled from the DTS:X app instead of the Realtek Audio Console.

nobody knows because you have not told us what kind of Dell computer you use - impossible to advise when you give very little info. need more details or edit/update your user profile and fill in your system specs of your Dell computer. otherwise your question will go unanswered or get ignored, GyBHard.

    edit 11/25

Hello, I would like to ask you guys for help. I have ALC898 Audio Codec (my motherboard is: ASRock Z77 Extreme6). Which driver shall I use? Should I stick with R2.82 from 2017 or install the latest one from the very first post: 6.0.9175.1?

use either generic 6.0.9239.1 HDA FF00 driver from this ASRock link or the generic 6.0.9273.1 HDA FF04 x64 driver from this MS link (don't know why 9273 HDA is not mentioned on the very first post). 6.0.9175.1 and R2.82 (6.0.1.8186) are both outdated.

currently the updated 19.3Mb October 2022 Software Component pack from MUC is primarily for the 6.3.9600.2344 Realtek USB Audio DCH driver {for all OEMs} (also available from MUC) but some of those updated components can be used for the UAD drivers. more October 2022 Realtek Software Component packs will come soon (with bigger cab file sizes) either this weekend or in December

Hello, thank you for your response!
I have never installed the ASRock Realtek driver because the driver linked by ASRock on my mainboard's website was always outdated to me. Instead I have been using the official Realtek driver from Realtek's website. Unfortunately they don't update their website anymore and the last version linked there is from 2017 (R2.82).
Currently I'm wondering which version shall I install, the ASrock's or the MS' one? Should I expect any difference between them (besides different driver version - 9239 vs 9273)?
Is there any reason you linked the generic MS FF04 driver and not FF00 like the one in the first page? I still use Windows 7 x64 so I am unable to use the Powershell script (linked in a separate thread) which helps to determine the specific version of my Realtek, so I have to blind guess which one to use.
