Okay at least I understand that now. Any chance you can point me in the direction of an early version of the driver and AP0 that was like 7395 or 7345 or something along those lines. It was in the 7's I remember that.
there used to be a 6.0.1.7345 driver version but that one was created in late 2014 and is no longer available (and may not be compatible with Win10)

you could try something like version 6.0.1.7541 (R2.79) here.

edit - good thing is that this 7541 driver is fully Win10 compatible (and includes the generic HDXRT.inf file) but before you install an older version, run the Display Driver Uninstaller app (DDU) to completely remove the existing Realtek driver, reboot and then install that 7541 driver and reboot again for those drivers to take effect

edit 2 - found out from one of your old posts that you are using an MSI Z390 ACE motherboard. driver versions like 6.0.1.7345 and 6.0.1.7541 were made several years before your Z390 ACE board came out (I think that Z390 board came out either late 2018 or early 2019)

edit 3 - if the 6.0.1.7541 driver does or does not provide the multi-streaming options you want, you can try posting in the TechPowerup forums "Audio, Video & Home Theater" section and check there on how to get those options.

The driver didn't work. Must be too old. I'll have to post something in the techpowerup forums you mentioned. I'll give that a try. I REALLY want multi streaming

It is suppose to download automatically through the Microsoft store... check there..
lower left corner of the Microsoft store window for the library tab,
then the top right corner for the "Get updates" button.

all this for the Realtek UAD audio driver control panel.
    called the "Realtek Audio Console"

Your computer profile says you have a Soundblaster Z. Are you using the drivers and software for it?
