My Bluetooth isn't working

It seems my Bluetooth is missing a lot of things in different areas in my PC. No sound this morning was the first sign. I used Macrium and reset my drive to yesterday when BT still worked. Still no sound.
Look at my Settings page. Notice a button missing? Like the one to turn BT on & off? As well as different commands on the right.



All 3 BT services were off before I did Macrium. Now one of them is on after Macrium. Still no sound or BT though.



Is Manual/"Trigger" the correct setting? As opposed to Auto?
