Hello, need quite a lot more please.

Please add make and model of laptop.
Type of sound card driver e.g. Realtek, Conexant..
Link to drivers page for your particular PC

History: so very often omitted by posters:
    a. When did you last have sound working on this laptop?
    b. With which O/S and build was that?
    c. How did you get to the point where you presumably had no sound driver?
    d. What happened from the point (if any) when you last had sound working until now?

To test the hardware independently of your installed O/S download an iso file for a live boot disk and create one and boot your laptop from that. E.g. search for Hiren's or Bob Omb's live boot disk, or even a Linux boot disk if you prefer.

Rt click the volume icon in your system tray, click 'Troubleshoot sound problems'

Post a screenshot of the result, expanding any details, thus:
No sound from my computer though driver has been installed-screenshot-.png

Look here: check the correct default device is set:
No sound from my computer though driver has been installed-1.png

Rt click the volume icon in your system tray, click 'Volume Mixer'
Post a screenshot of what you see.

I have difficulty finding out what type of sound driver my computer is using.
Could be on your manufacturer's drivers page.
And you may find it here:

Thanks for waiting.I tried to use a new version of driver and as you can see ,even though the driver has been installed .I can't use the sound card.
    I'm using windows 10 1909 or the 18363.1379.Last time,I reset my windows.After that,all the drivers didn't work any more...
I spent the whole day installing my drivers.Till now,I don't know what i can do with my sound card...
Oh my god,i come from China and I am poor in English.I hope I have already expressed clearly.Thank you.

Unfortunately I can't read Chinese. Could you please provide a translation of the 2 items indicated by a yellow triangle and !

    Oh, that's
    Unknown device
    其他设备
    Other devices
    - is that correct?

If your laptop is recent, it seems odd you don't have this driver provided.
Try using this post to find the driver. You may need to use the last section:
My UMBus Enumerator is showing up as an unknown device with no driver

What is the make and model of the laptop and the URL for its driver download page please?

The 2 items indicated by a yellow triangle and ! mean that the device is just unknown.
The model of my laptop is the cube iwork11,it is only sold in China and it was released in 2016 and it has long been discontinued .The official didn't provide its driver's information .But it offers me a flash package.Maybe the package includes its driver.

Maybe I can upload the flash package to Onedrive and share it with you.

Have we tried the simplest thing first?...Looks like you're connected to the internet, won't windows find bare minimum driver it needs to at least get it working. Even if you could find the OEM on site it'll probably be some buried in the corner legacy thing if it's even avialable.

Please try the link I posted to try to find the missing driver.

It helped me with this Lenovo laptop after upgrading from 1903 to 20H2.

I found ACPI\VEN_1050&DEV_8824 which is the unknown device.

I have no idea what it is...
