I suppose you also already ran the sfc /scannow in an elevated command prompt. I know you said it works with other computers, but try completely powering off/on the TV just in case. Also try installing different drivers (from both Intel and Dell). If that doesn't help either, then I'd wager you've been Microsuckt.
I did do the sfc and dism scan and repairs and TV on/off but I actually may be onto something now. Since you mentioned about jack detection, I turned off Sound Blaster Recon3Di control panel and made it not to start automatically on reboot and since then so far so good (at low frequency). Sound consistently coming from the TV. I don't think I had the sound blaster control panel on at all times before the fresh install.

Let's see how this goes. About Microsuckt... I think Windows 10 is the worst thing that happened in this century. For future reference I am saying this in 2021.

    Nope.. that didn't work

Okay, I am confused, according to dxdiag there is a mismatch in Intel audio and Graphics drivers. Why is that and how do I fix it?

Okay, new detail. The sound goes out everytime I get asked admin privilage for installing and etc. I guess maybe some sort of nasty permission issue? I only have one user and that's me with admin privilage.

    Any more suggestions?
