    Tiny USB->sound adapters are usually very cheap and are more than adequate for typical external computer speakers.

    Done some research, these Tiny USB sound adapters rely on the the main sound drivers so wouldn't work, but thank you for your suggestion.

    Anyone solved the problem in Win 10 of sound being permanently muted please?
