Increase volume of specific app higher than main volume?

I'm playing game called Runescape 3. the volume in-game is very very quiet even they are all at 100% volume. It's really annoying and i don't want to decrease all other volumes than Runescape

Normally by design, you can't increase volume higher than main, it would increase the main too. Is there any software, tweaks or tricks that allows you to Increase volume of specific app higher than main volume?

Don't know of a way to do that for a specific program, but PC Equaliser (free) allows adjustment beyond the norm- you could then reduce all others, I suppose.

Or, you could just run PC Equaliser when you run that game.

(requires 2 installations for simpler GUI)

Thanks, but I don't want to reduce all other 100 programs, it's a mess
Since my pc is powerful enough, I can use this equalizer on my VMware and run the game on it till then. Sounds dumb, but works great
