    Bluetooth audio through dongle Sucks

So im running windwos 10 pro 21H1 newest drivers, everything on my PC is updated. However My Board does not support Bluetooth so to be able to use a bluetooth headset i have to use a third party software to use bluetooth, so heres the issue, if I connect my wireless hedphones through windows through the dongle I cant use my headphones, the audio is crazy scratchy cuts out, UNlistenable. If I use this software called Bluesoleil it installs its own bluetooth drivers and my audio works fine. Whats wrong with the realtek bluetooth drivers that they dont work? Anyone have a solution, cause I am only using this software as trial, I cant afford to pay 40 bucks right now for their license. I have scoured the net and it is a serious issue tons of people have the same problem I do, however, it seems everyone is saying its the Realtek drivers. Yes I have Uninstalled them and reinstalled blah blah blah, nothing fixes the issue. Anyone?

Out of interest, is there ANY reason that you can NOT post a reply in the thread?

More importantly, it will also help others with the same problem who come across this thread for help!

The software won't mean a thing if the BT adapter or headphones is faulty. So, I'd think we'd want to start there first.

Anyway, I'm not certain why the OP would need Bluesoleil (a pay program) when there are free drivers available with any purchase BT dongle?

I use BT headphones all the time - specifically my Bose HD700 headphones and before that my AKG headphones. Never ever once had to use a third party software to get them running without issue. That said, all my PC's have BT adapters built into them. On older system that didn't have BT built in or the built in unit was problematic, I simply bought a IOGEAR BT Adapter, installed the "free" drivers and used without issue.

I think the OP needs to determine whether the headphones or BT adapter is bad... or look into new drivers before delving into some third party paid program. I know you said they could have it for free, still.... and it's odd you'd offer a program via PM rather than offering any public solutions that may address the current hardware/software at hand.

    My two cents.

Yes, nice gesture. If I may offer a suggestion....... next time you can initiate the PM to the OP. That would not require posting anything.

    Just a suggestion.
