My audio is playing through speakers and headphones. I've tried to set headphones to default but the option to do so isn't there. All I have is realtek audio speakers. How do I get it to automatically disable speakers when headphones are plugged in?

Could you please update your computer details in your profile? It might in diagnosing the problem.
Also, if you could provide some additional info, that would be helpful. Right now the level of info we have is like telling a mechanic "I have a Ford" and nothing more.
Things that would be helpful:
Specific make and model of your computer.
What version of Windows 10 are you running?
When did the problem start - was it after some specific update or application was installed?
How are your speakers connected? Via analog output, to a digital output, etc.?
From where were your sound drivers obtained and were these changed or updated just before the problem began?
Any other information that you feel may be related.
