Hello Guys, I think you could help me about my issue.
First is I want to access the Realtek audio manager but currently windows 10 doesn't have it. So that I can access the control of audio jack settings and I tried a lot of tutorials but still it doesnt work.
Second I tried to uninstall the driver of realtek but upon restart the driver is already installed. any remedies thank you Ill appreciate all.

Do you have the Realtek Audio Console fitted?It should be in the Settings>Apps section.
If so,then go through all the settings/options selecting those which match your needs.
You need an up-to-date driver package for this feature. To obtain this i would suggest heading over to Realtek's website as the version offered here will be the most recent.
I need the realtek audio manager also. I have tried all those sources, and followed the procedures in several youtube videos with titles like "How to bring back Realtek Audio Manager."
You are doomed. I have spent at least 6 hours updating, downloading, uninstalling, installing, yada yada yada. zilch
not with Realtek HD audio drivers, enigma101.
latest Realtek HD audio driver from Realtek's web site for Windows is dated 7/26/2017 so it is NOT recent
OP could try this Realtek HD audio 9071 driver (it's a standard HDA, non-UAD driver) from Lenovo since he's using a Lenovo computer
only non-UAD (HDA) drivers have the classic Realtek audio manager tool instead of the Realtek Audio Console app from MS store (like this one I'm using on my old HP desktop PC)
