Recently I attended a WebEx meeting. When I spoke nobody could hear me. After the meeting I contacted the host and we made sure I wasn't being blocked out. Then we went to Win10 Settings on my computer, and selected: System > Sound > Input. There I ran Test your microphone. The result said - the highest value was 1%. What should I do to fix my microphone?

Great. Different types of microphones have different levels. Magnetic have greatest output, followed by crystal and capacitive have lowest. USN mikes have own CODEC chip an circuit.
Sometimes there is a problem with the audio card also just installed the driver for it if not working just uninstall and reinstall it.
