    Writing MP3 files to disc

    Version 1909 (OS Build 18363. 1256)

I am having difficulty doing this. Been trying to use Ashampoo's Burning Studio. The result is a small pile of discs which are useless.

I have no idea why, and would appreciate some help.

    What is your ultimate intent?

Playback in a car unit through its CD slot?

Playback on an ordinary home stereo CD player?

Simple storage, with no intent to play back for now?

    Something else?

If car, I'd consider USB and avoid discs entirely.

If car, then most modern car CD players are capable of playing mp3 files. If so then just copying the mp3 files to a CD using File Explorer is sufficient, works for my car's CD player.

    Does this look familiar?

That's File Explorer. If you have Windows, you have it.

If you can't find it, type File Explorer into any search box.

Have a look at this => 'Pin to taskbar' and 'Unpin from taskbar' Apps in Windows 10

    I hope this helps.

Not familiar with Ashampoo's burning software, but I have burned many a disk with MP3's using Roxio (old version) and they played without issue on my 2005 car system.

If you're burning coasters than I'd suggest you look into what you're doing with the software. Settings?
