Can some Bluetooth devices NOT be connected to a Windows 10 PC?

I have a cheap one ear little earpiece thing that connects fine with Android phones in a second or two, no pairing issues.Windows 10 I am trying to get it to connect, my PC can see the device but then when it tries to connect it says it has no response and gives up. I have tried several times with the same result. It shows up on the list of devices to connect to, it attempts to make a connection, and nothing happens. The Bluetooth adapter is 5.0 and I am able to connect to other things with it in Windows, including another headset.I go back to my phone and it connects right away again.

Can you please perform the following [ this checks for ANY Problem Device Errors ] . . .

[1] Goto this TenForums link => Batch Scripts / Programs.
[2] Goto the heading Find ANY Problem Devices . . .
[3] Download and Run the .bat file [ Find_ANY_Problem_Devices.bat ].

If there are ANY errors it will create a Prob_Devices.txt file on the Desktop.

    I hope this helps.
