No audio after graphics card update

I updated my amd radeon r7 and after that i had no sound. I have Microsoft windows 10 home version 2004 Os build 19041.630

No sound through the graphics card or no sound from the onboard audio?

Which is set as your audio output device?

EDIT if your sound output device was originally set to onboard audio it may have been changed to the graphics card when you installed the replacement graphics card.

I was using audio through my monitor which is hooked up via hdmi cable.

Yes they are the only ones I use. Problem is I can't find them in my audio settings anymore
