Not sure how you installed the drivers, but I would suggest the following -

Create a folder for the device drivers.

Download them from the vendor and save them to the folder you created.

    Z87-A Driver & Tools | Motherboards | ASUS USA

In Device Manager, right-click on the device and select Properties.

Click on the Driver tab and select Update Driver.

Click Browse my computer for driver software.

Click Let me pick from an available list of drivers on my computer.

Click Have Disk and then Browse to the folder where you saved the drivers.

Thanks for responding spent many hours last night without success.

I just downloaded the latest from that link and went into the folder - Right click SETUP run as admin and it installed the drivers and then a Reboot.

So not the way I said to install them.

    Did it resolve the issue?

If not, go back and install the way I described.

The driver installer looks for a .inf file.

Ok, let me try your way after work today.

So how come actually going into the folder and running setup doesn’t fully install everything?

Try using the steps I gave you, with the drivers you just downloaded.

Did you check your All Programs entries to see if any new apps were added?

My Realtek stuff is under SmartAudio.
