Error when downloading Realtek Audio Console

Hi, I'm trying to install the audio console app: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/re...l/9p2b8mcsvpln
but it keeps giving me the error 0x803FB005, can someone help me fix this or provide an appx or exe package?
I'm using Windows 10 2004

I already tried those solutions, that problem ONLY persists with the realtek app. I tried downloading another app but there were no problems.
