Any sound device related to USB gives me grief

Hey guys/girls, high 5,s to everyone going to threw lock down, i salute you all !!

I recently built a new PC , here some specs
    Windows 10 Home 64-bit
    AMD X570 AORUS Motherboard
    3950x CPU
    32 of thermaltake toughram 3600
    M2 intel cdrive
    1080ti graph

Heres the deal, i was never a big fan of the onboard audio on motherboards > realtek for example , so ive always bought sound cards mainly sound blaster never had any problems with them on other PCS ive built in the past ever. The PC as a whole works perfectly.

So i decided to buy the Creative Sound Blaster X3 Hi-Res 7.1 External USB DAC & Amp Sound Card , it plugs in via USB.
All works well up until say 10/15 mins in , i could be listening to music/youtube/movie/gaming the audio starts getting distorted i can hear popping/crackling and it just keeps getting worse and worse the more you listen, most of the time a REBOOT does not fix it.

When i unplug it all and revert back to REALTEK , plug my headphones into the back of the PC everything works fine , no popping/distortion/crackling. God knows ive tryed so many different configurations in the sounds settings, im at my wits end, every time i think ive cracked it , it comes back.....

Its definitely a sound USB issue because only last week i bought the EPOS | Sennheiser GSP 670 Premium Wireless Gaming Headset and guess what, it only works via USB bluetooth which is fine, but the dreaded popping/crackling/distortion struck AGAIN and i cant use them, so USB sound anything i cant use , any IDEAS how to solve this, anyone ever heard or come close to this prob? sorry if ive missed anything.

REALTEK isnt the worse thing to use, but its disappointing when you have bought new hardware and it doesnt work or you cant even use it.

I would suspect hardware, either the motherboard or possibly insufficient power (power supply).
Have you tried all the USB ports? There usually is one that maintains power (for charging) and I would try that port.

As a comment, I have a recording studio with high end audio, but I find current Realtek as good as many separate sound cards. That wasn't the case years ago but Realtek has been greatly improved.

My suspects were the mobo or PSU , i have tryed all USB ports, but here and there i read that there IS a crackling/popping bug with WIN10 and sound blaster.
