My laptop is an Acer NitroBE (vn7-592g). I'm currently running Win10 1809LTSC. My audio device is: INTELAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0255&SUBSYS_10251039.
it turns out this Acer VN7-592G laptop has 6th gen Intel (Skylake) hardware and the original Realtek audio drivers for this laptop are indeed HDA (non-UAD) drivers. subsystem ID "10251039" did not make the cut for UAD/DCH drivers

Since you got it right...., sort the entries in MUC, by 'Version', or by 'Last Updated' and pick the latest one.

What I do (which isn't necessarily the best approach) is to try to match the release date of the base driver with the one of the Realtek Audio Effects Component to be if not the same, close enough to each other. Just a precaution to avoid possible incompatibilities.

The Sound Research Software component is not tied up to the base driver, so just pick the latest one.

@ddelo fair enough easy to do as the 2 components of Realtek have matching date :) and sound research i will just grab latest one, so after i do this do i just throw them all in the same folder and update each one inside the device manager ?

    - - - Updated - - -

all drivers i got are compatible heading to update :)

Create one folder named Audio Update and within this folder create one subfolder per cab file.
Then in device manager go to each audio component (Realtek(R) Audio and each Software Component) and update them by pointing to the Audio Update folder by also checking 'include subdirectories'. Device Manager will find the appropriate file to update.

if everything was updated, no need to.
I just proposed the way I do it. You did it your way and that's fine too!

I just built a new system using an ASUS B550-F ROG Strix Gaming motherboard. I've never used UAD drivers before, and I'm confused. The HDA drivers from the "Latest Realtek HD Audio Driver Version" thread was confusing enough, but at least it was familiar. This is a brand new concept for me. I ran the PowerShell script, and this is my output. It then opened up 4 tabs.

Audio Device HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_1168&SUBSYS_104387C5 is controlled by a DCH Driver.

    Audio Device Driver
    -------------------
    Realtek(R) Audio: hdxasus.inf [6.0.8899.1]

    Audio Control Application*
    --------------------------
    Realtek Audio Control: [1.9.214.0]

    Software Components Drivers
    ---------------------------
    Realtek Asio Component: realtekasio.inf [1.0.0.5]
Realtek Audio Effects Component: realtekapo.inf [11.0.6000.754]
Realtek Audio Universal Service: realtekservice.inf [1.0.0.240]
Realtek Hardware Support Application: realtekhsa.inf [11.0.6000.212]
    A-Volute Nh3 Audio Effects Component: a-volutenh3aposwc.inf [1.8.3.0]
DTS Audio Effects Component: dtsapo4x64.inf [1.2.0.0]

    Audio Extensions Drivers**
    --------------------------
    A-Volute APO Extension: avolutess3ext.inf [1.3.7.0]
    OEM Device Extension: dtsapo4ultraasusextensionpkg.inf [1.1.12.0]
    Realtek Device Extension: hdx_asusext_avo_xperi4_rtk.inf [6.0.8899.1]

    * Audio Control Application is available only from the Microsoft Store.
** Audio Extensions Drivers are not available in the Microsoft Update Catalog.

I understand these tabs are displaying search results, and it is up to me to find the most current driver from those pages. For example, my current driver is 6.0.8899.1, and the MUC shows there is a 6.0.9049.1 update available. Does it matter that my device driver says "hdxasus.inf"? Am I ok to download and install the generic driver?

    Also, I don't understand what "Nahimic 3 APO 2020" and "DTS APO4x 2020" are.

Lastly, when I search for the Realtek Audio Control app in the Microsoft Store, nothing shows up there, so how do I get that app?

    Thank you!
